Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting a written seat confirmation, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect an already confirmed seat will be sent to the email on that confirmation.
The studio and this site
Vault Nodehub provides educational studio programs in user lifetime-value analytics. This website describes those programs. Prices on the site are informational only. No checkout or payment facility operates here. A binding enrolment exists only when we issue a written confirmation and invoice.
Worksheets, lectures, and critique are teaching services. They are not accounting, legal, investment, or data-engineering advice. You remain responsible for decisions you take with your own product and finances.
Enquiries and conduct
The contact form is for genuine studio, press, or partnership notes. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may refuse or end a seat if a participant disrupts critique, shares another student’s export without permission, or misrepresents their data.
Intellectual property
The Vault Nodehub name, site design, original essays, worksheets, and teaching materials are owned by Vault Nodehub or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or republish them except for internal use by the organisation that paid for the relevant seat, and only for the artefacts explicitly released to that seat (for example, your marked glossary and memo).
You keep ownership of the exports and product data you bring. By sharing them in class you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to teach and critique during the program and, in anonymised form, to improve exercises. We will not publish your identifiable figures without written consent.
Third-party marks (app stores, payment rails, and similar) appear for identification only.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may contain errors. Informational fees, dates, and program descriptions can change until a written confirmation is issued.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Thailand, Vault Nodehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site or from studio teaching. Our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed seat is limited to the fees actually paid for that seat.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from studio services are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply.
