Refunds and cancellation

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for confirmed, paid seats or Glimpse access windows, requested by the person or company named on the invoice. Complimentary guest breakfasts, alumni-desk courtesy replies, and unpaid exploratory calls are not refundable because no fee was taken.

Timeframe

For live programs (Ledger Bench, Vault Circle, Payback & CAC Discipline, Monetisation Mix Lab, Retention Narrative for Boards), a full-refund request must reach us in writing at least 14 full days before the published start date of that cohort or desk.

For Glimpse recorded briefings, a full-refund request must reach us within 7 days of access being granted and before more than two briefing films have been streamed to completion (our access logs are the reference).

Full or partial refund

Full refund: requests that meet the timeframe above, or cancellation by Vault Nodehub (for example if a cohort cannot run). You also receive a full refund if we materially fail to deliver the described teaching hours and cannot offer a make-up reasonably equivalent in content and timing.

Partial refund: if you withdraw after the 14-day cutoff but before week three of a six-week studio, we refund 40 percent of the tuition portion, excluding any non-refundable items listed below. Withdrawal from week three onward is not eligible for a partial tuition refund. Two-day desks have no partial refund after the 14-day cutoff.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees charged by your bank. VAT already remitted where Thai tax rules do not allow us to reclaim it on a cancelled supply. Printed materials already produced for an on-site desk after you confirmed attendance. Third-party venue costs we cannot recover when you cancel inside 14 days. Those amounts stay itemised on the invoice so they are not a surprise.

Cancellation by you

Email info@vault-nodehub.digital with the invoice number and the word “cancel” in the subject. The timestamp of that email (ICT) is the request time. You may propose a transfer to a later cohort instead of a refund; transfers are subject to availability and a single administrative fee of ฿2,500 if the new dates fall more than 90 days after the original start.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a seat on the next equivalent cohort at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for your travel or hotel unless we cancelled inside 7 days of start, in which case we will discuss documented non-refundable travel up to ฿8,000 per confirmed on-site seat.

Refund process and timing

We acknowledge refund requests within three working days. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days after acknowledgement. Method: return to the original bank account or prompt-pay reference used to pay the invoice. We do not refund in cash at the Ratchathewi rooms and we do not send value to a third-party wallet unless that wallet was the original payer of record.

Exceptions

If a medical or bereavement situation prevents attendance, write to us with what you can share. We may, at our discretion, offer a later seat without the transfer fee or a higher partial refund than the standard schedule. Abuse of critique, sharing another student’s export, or serious misrepresentation of data can end a seat without refund, as stated in the terms.

Statutory rights under Thai consumer law that cannot be waived remain available.
