Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Vault Nodehub processes personal data when you visit vault-nodehub.digital, send an enquiry, or sit a studio program. Cookie details are on the cookies page.
Data controller
The controller is Vault Nodehub, operating from Street: 471/18 Rajavithi Thung Phyathai Ratcha Thewi; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10400; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand.

We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where a seat or enquiry involves a person in another jurisdiction, with any additional rules that lawfully apply to that relationship.
What we collect and why
Site use: technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site working. If you accept analytics cookies, we also see aggregated page-use measures as described on the cookies page.
Enquiries: name, email, optional topic, and message text, so we can reply and, if relevant, propose a seat. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding and, where you ask to enrol, steps toward a contract.
Enrolment and teaching: billing details, attendance, homework artefacts, and exports you choose to share. We use these to deliver the program, invoice, and keep academic records. Contract performance and, where required, legal accounting duties.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry forms to run unsolicited marketing lists. Alumni breakfast invitations go only to people who sat Vault Circle or opted in writing.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last reply, unless a seat follows. Confirmed enrolment and invoice records are kept for 7 years to meet Thai accounting and tax practice. Teaching artefacts that contain your product data are deleted or returned within 90 days after the program ends, unless you ask us in writing to retain a marked memo for alumni-desk follow-up (then until that desk period ends, or 12 months, whichever is shorter). Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Cookie consent stored under the key vault-nodehub-cookie-consent remains in your browser until you clear storage or 180 days, whichever you choose to end first by deleting the key.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and any applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis (for example, optional analytics cookies) without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Send requests to info@vault-nodehub.digital. We may need to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
International transfers
Our primary files and mail sit in Thailand. Some subprocessors (for example email delivery or font and image CDNs used by this site) may process limited technical data outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we do so only with an appropriate safeguard recognised under Thai law — such as a contract that requires comparable protection — or where the transfer is necessary to perform your requested enquiry or seat.
If a remote student outside Thailand shares an export, that data is processed in Thailand for teaching. Tell us before class if your employer forbids that transfer; we may decline the seat rather than invent a workaround.
Security and children
We use access control and least-privilege handling for student exports. No method is perfect; please avoid sending production secrets or live credentials. This site and our programs are intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top will move. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be emailed to the address on file.
